i'll be back at the station beginning this week, but have to miss my show again on account of plans to visit christina

since ive been horrible about putting up my playlists, i'll try to throw in a new section of my music director stuff, so you can see what has been incorporated into the wkdu library and stay abreast of the indiest music in the world.

 i updated the gallery and made a new album for some polaroids. i'll work on that slowly.

thank you to scott filling in for my show, and rocking 6 hours of his excellent punk.

i am trying to keep my brain from the slightest vibrations which could force it to go blank like a great big neurophysiological etch-a-sketch.

i'm trying to keep my shit together. Test tomorrow.

i'll be doing a spring show, fridays noon -3pm

because it's noon, i'll be doing philly happenings

because all the new dj's spin the same pitchfork psuedo indie rock, im turning over a new leaf and stopping the indie pop and dance rock.

i'll be spinning mostly post rock and instrumental.

what does this mean?

if it has a chorus or lyrics at all, i probably wont play it. (excluding new TVOTR)

if it sounds like the soundtrack to a planetarium show, then you'll probably hear it.

i probably wont be spinning out till summer, and thanks for those who came to support at the planetarium in february, facing the blizzard to support wkdu

 i hope my new show ushers a lot of people into or out of their friday afternoon siestas.

THE MCATS ARE HARD.

i can't do a show this term.

i'll barely be around for music director stuff.

i can't dj at the khyber because its a bad day of the week.

 (this is only until april 22).

                                  doctors are overrated.

fell off my bike this morning.

next week (dec 6) will probably be my last scheduled show till the spring.

i will not be applying for a winter show.

i'd be too unreliable in bad weather, and should be focusing on music director stuff as well as trying to nail the mcats in one shot.

i will be subbing in frequently to cover dead air, here and there.

in the winter, i'll decorate the site with sx-70 shots of philly. maybe album reviews..
